This Privacy Policy describes how T1Detailing handles information in connection with this website and inquiries about our services. It applies to this website, not to the independent websites or services linked from it.
Information You Provide
You may provide your name, email address, telephone number, vehicle information, service interests, and additional details when contacting us. We use information you send to respond to inquiries, discuss estimates, coordinate services, and maintain relevant business records.
The estimate form is provided by our hosted form service. When you submit it, the provider processes your contact details, vehicle information, service choice, and message, saves the submission, and creates or updates a contact record and an inbox conversation for T1Detailing. The form service and its anti-spam tools receive technical information needed to render, secure, and submit the form. These requested inquiry functions do not require optional analytics, chat or Maps permission. Emailing the shop separately uses your email provider. Providing a phone number or requesting an estimate does not itself enroll you in marketing or SMS communications; any optional messaging permissions shown in the form are separate and voluntary.
Technical Information
When you visit the website, hosting, security, and content-delivery providers may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, requested pages or files, and request times. This information supports page delivery, security, and troubleshooting. Optional Google Analytics 4 is delivered through Google Tag Manager only after you allow Website Analytics in Cookie Preferences. Google may process page visits, device/browser information, cookie identifiers, and technical information including your IP address according to its own practices. Advertising storage, advertising user data, Google signals, and ad personalization remain denied or disabled by this website. Our application-authored analytics code does not include estimate form fields. Google Tag Manager settings and third-party form analytics must also be reviewed before launch to ensure contact and vehicle details are not collected by analytics.
Photography and generated image assets are delivered by external media servers. Those providers receive the technical information needed to deliver those files. Web fonts are served by our website hosting. These resources load as needed to display the website.
Cookies and Saved Preferences
On your first visit, a compact cookie notice lets you Accept All, Reject, or manage separate permissions for Website Analytics, AI Chat and Google Maps. These optional features remain off until you allow them. Customer reviews connect automatically, regardless of cookie acceptance; they are not controlled by these permissions. Reopen Cookie Preferences from the Accessibility & Privacy menu at the lower left, the footer, or an embed placeholder to change your choices. Turning off a previously allowed feature refreshes the page to unload it; this cannot undo information already transmitted.
Consent choices are remembered for up to 180 days using the t1_consent_v4 first-party cookie and a browser local-storage record scoped to this website. Secure embedded previews use a partitioned cookie when supported. If storage is blocked, your choices still apply for the current visit, but you may be asked again after reloading. Existing version-4 analytics, chat and Maps choices remain valid. The earlier review preference is no longer used. Chat permission is not inferred from analytics or Maps permission.
Requested accessibility preferences are saved in browser local storage under t1_accessibility_v1 when available. Neither preference record contains estimate details. Your browser settings can restrict cookies and clear site data, which may affect third-party functionality. Clearing our consent records causes the website to ask again; it cannot delete records held by a provider. See our Cookie Policy for more information.
Third-Party Features
Website Analytics: If you permit analytics, Google Tag Manager loads the confirmed Google Analytics 4 property to measure website use. Page-view events use the page address without query strings or fragments; form values are not included. Google may use analytics cookies such as _ga and _ga_07NGY0W58Y. Advertising permission is not granted. You can withdraw Website Analytics permission in the footer. See Google’s privacy information at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Crazy Egg: If you permit Website Analytics, the Crazy Egg script also loads to analyze website use. Depending on the account’s configuration, it may collect clicks, scrolling, page interactions, device/browser information and session recordings, and use cookies or similar technologies. Its recording configuration and sensitive-field exclusions must be reviewed in the provider dashboard before publication; this website integration does not establish that input masking is configured. Withdrawing Website Analytics permission reloads the page and prevents this script from loading again without permission, but cannot delete information already collected. See https://www.crazyegg.com/privacy.
AI Chat: If you permit chat, the hosted T1Detailing chat widget loads site-wide. Its provider receives technical information and may use cookies or similar technologies to manage the chat session. Messages, vehicle details, and contact information you choose to send are processed by the provider and may be made available to T1Detailing to respond to your inquiry. Do not submit sensitive information. Automated answers may be inaccurate; confirm pricing, availability, warranties, and bookings directly with the shop. Allowing the widget does not itself enroll you in marketing or messaging. The provider controls the widget’s availability and functionality.
Customer reviews: Our hosted review SDK and review sections load automatically as you approach a review section, regardless of cookie choices. The provider receives technical information and may use cookies or similar technologies to display the account’s reviews and built-in review action. The provider and linked review platforms have their own data practices. Reviews you post to public platforms may be publicly visible.
Google Maps: If you permit Maps, the Contact page map loads as you approach its section. Loading the embed connects your browser to Google, which may process technical information and use cookies according to its own policies. Opening a directions link visits Google independently.
External social links, product catalogs, and other linked websites operate independently. Please review their privacy policies before sharing information. You can use our telephone, email, and external directions links without permitting analytics, chat or the embedded map. Reviews load automatically independently of these permissions. Opening an external link connects to its provider independently of website cookie preferences.
How Information May Be Used or Shared
Information you send may be used to communicate with you, provide requested services, administer our business, respond to complaints, and meet legal obligations. Service providers may process information as necessary to provide hosting, communications, and business support. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer, subject to applicable law.
Browsing this website or loading an embedded feature does not enroll you in marketing messages. Any marketing or messaging activity requires any separate permissions applicable to that activity.
Retention and Security
Information should be retained only as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, legitimate business requirements, and applicable legal obligations. Retention for third-party services also depends on their policies and settings. No internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure; do not send sensitive information through ordinary email.
Privacy Requests and California Residents
You may contact us to ask about information you have provided, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Depending on applicable law and whether it applies to our business, California residents may have additional rights regarding access, correction, deletion, and certain uses or disclosures of personal information. We may need to verify a request and may retain information where legally permitted or required. Contact us rather than assuming that clearing browser data deletes previously submitted information.
This policy does not represent a determination that a particular privacy statute applies to T1Detailing or that this website has received a legal compliance certification.
Children’s Information
This website is intended for people seeking automotive services and supplies, not for children under 13. Please contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information so the matter can be reviewed.
