 Verified I have a new Crown Signia and protect it best I can. I knew it needed tinting and started reviewing all the Tinting places around Tracy and Manteca. I narrowed my choices down to two, one which was T1Detailing. When I called both entities, the customer service from James exceeded by far! He took time with me to explain in great detail the process, the costs, the warranty, his experience, Jimmy's experience and was very patient with me. When I called the other shop, the gentleman who answered said, "All the details and pricing are on the website" As a woman who expects great customer service for a job I am paying for, I went with James at T1Detailing. When I traveled to his site, the road was closed and I called him to inform him I may be late, he then stayed on the phone with me, giving me directions on how to detour around the closed road, such a nice guy! When I met him, he was cordial, nice, professional and answered more questions, showed me other cars for tinting purposes, answered my son's questions (he came with me) showed us more cars, introduced us to his worker, Jimmy, and was SUPER patient with me while I decided which tint % I wanted. GO SEE JAMES, he is the BEST- the car looks absolutely stunning!!!! The car was left in pristine condition as well. I am taking my car back to him for door edges soon!  Verified I brought my F-150 Platinum to James and his team. James put protective film across the entire front, ceramic coated the entire truck, and put UV blocking film on the windows. All I can say is that I will never trust my cars with any other shop again. T1's work was flawless. The truck looks amazing and the paint feels better than it did straight from the manufacturer. Good quality work must be paid for, but nevertheless T1's pricing was very fair and well earned. Separate from the work quality, James is a true professional. He takes his job seriously. He is well educated on the products he uses and doesn't push you into things you don't need or want.
